Job Info –
- Conduct regular reviews of kitchen operations. Conduct random checks on cooked/semi cooked food for adherence to recipes, hygiene regulations and condition of equipment. Check that food adulteration prevention and health laws as stipulated are followed.
- Interact with guests, seek feedback,Promote new products and special events
- Receive requirements from outlet chefs on equipment needed, review availability and create capex plan. Review requirement vs. budget for operating supplies and send recommended purchase list to chef and seek approval. Coordinate with purchase function for selection of vendors based on pricing and quality elements.
- Provide F&B with SOPs for the restaurant. Guide and assist the staff to ensure all guidelines are followed in terms of attractive presentation of dishes and consistency guidelines.
