Looking after all the aspects related to Ticketing including Ticket issuance, Re-issuance, Cancellations, and Refunds.
Duties and responsibilities
- Identifying the best routes, checking the availability and booking of tickets.
· issuing Air tickets for B2B/Subagents, and B2C customers.
- Documentation, Complaint handling, answering queries of customer.
- Processing Refund and Cancellation of Air Tickets.
- Assist clients with travel planning through calls and E mails.
- Render assistance in Visa, Travel Insurance and Tour packages.
