Amazon Customer Service Associate (CSA), is a vital part of our mission to provide professional, timely and accurate customer service to all Amazon customers. We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about problem solving and helping customers with issues such as damaged products, late packages, promotions, returns/refunds, etc. While most of the time will be spent by phone, you might also need to respond to emails and chat. Associate use a variety tools to help customers navigate, research, evaluate solutions and communicate these to them to the right people in a fast-paced environment. Associate work in high volume environments and can interact with customers via email and text. They may be responsible for phone contact with customers from 8-10 hours per day. All associates work longer hours during Peak season(s). However, they can also be required to work more during the rest of the year because of business demands. Vacation requests cannot be granted during Peak season(s), designated blackout periods, or other times required by law. This is to support our customers. You might also have to work on major holidays.
Amazon may allow seasonal employees to remain in temporary employment for as long as nine months or less depending on business requirements.
You will be responsible for supporting a full-time work schedule of 40 hours to 60 hours depending on your business needs.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Fluent English language proficiency required.
Ability to stand or sit at your desk for between 8-10 hours.
It is essential that you provide a quiet area for homework. It is essential that you can give your entire attention to Amazon customers.
