Job Info –
- update and maintain information on our company databases and information system and
- perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data. Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
- interact with the internal and external stakeholders for query resolution, information exchange, etc.
- Input data into spreadsheets, databases (ERP/CRM systems) and ensure the accuracy of inputs
- Verify logs and retrieve any missing data.
- Regularly update data in the systems.
- Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check the output.
- Generate reports, store outputs in the database, and perform backups.
- Ensure data availability in a convenient manner.
- Answer and resolve queries from concerned department/s, provide support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience Minimum 5 years of prior experience with Data Entry or a similar position.
- Education Graduate in a relevant stream, preferably in IT or computer science, from an institute of repute. Masters degree will be an added advantage
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining reports & databases
- Proven experience of working on Microsoft Office Suite especially with spreadsheets
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Good time-management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Should be able to converse properly and confidently with the required parties.
- Preferably from the Publishing industry
- 5 days working. Hybrid i.e. 2-3 times /week, work from office & rest is work from home
- Job Type Permanent & on the company’s rolls
