Doing Office Coordination.
Back Office work and Co-ordination.
Handling Purchase Department Back Office Work.
Coordinate the purchases made by the company.
Negotiation as per instruction by the seniors.
Work cross-functionally with different teams.
Scrutinize LC’s that are issued to suppliers to avoid any discrepancies.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure that goods are delivered in time.
Vendor Co-ordination.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce field or equivalent.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Experience in Back Office Co-ordination is required.
Proper Job Training would be given.
