- Communication with Customers both pre and post purchase – Emails, Web chats, Whatsapp Chats, Phone Calls
- Responding to Social Media Enquiries
- Coordination between customers and tailoring units
- Order fulfilment follow ups with vendors, logistics providers
- Order checking and Quality Checks prior to shipping products to customers
- Good Oral and Written Communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Hindi / Telugu will be an added advantage
