Process Details : International Voice tech Support – US & UK Shifts.
Education Qualification – Any Graduation. Selection ratio is higher from BCA , BSC graduate than a BCOM/BA.
Experience Details—Fresher’s OR Experience in any Contact Centre Voice tech Support with Excellent Communication skills set to match with “Versant 6” Standard,
Languages Known—“ Excellent English-V6 Standard”
Rounds of Interview— Initial Screening Voice & Accent round Technical Test-Client Round Final Fitment HR Round.
Notice Period Immediate / 1 Week.
Salary Offered 26K CTC for Fresher’s; 28K CTC for 6 months exp; 30K for 1 year plus exp; 32K CTC FOR 2 plus years exp.
Nature of Work—WFO only
Days of Work – 5 days a week with two days week off.
Cab transport – Two ways Transport.
