Job Info –

• a. Good written English skill which includes reading & comprehension skills, paraphrasing skills, written English proficiency to customize canned responses, compose free text-based responses, Grammar.
• b. After HR screening, a candidate undergoes Versant Written Test or Versant Voice assessment depending on the queue he/she has been shortlisted for.
• c. Based on the queue/LoB and applicable Versant Test (Versant Voice for Voice roles and Non-Voice Versant for Non-Voice roles) the applicant should at least meet the thresholds set within the MSA/SOW/LOI signed with the partner.
• d. Good typing skill of about 20 words per minute with 90% accuracy
• e. Prior background of Customer care is preferred
• f. Computer handling knowledge is a must
• Contract length: 12 months
• Part-time hours: 48 per week

Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
