Job Responsibilities:
1. Create effective strategies to grow and retain followers through social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Quora, YouTube, and LinkedIn
2. Ensure progress across all platforms using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and others
3. Oversee the implementation and use of the monthly planning calendar, including monthly marketing objectives and measures
4. Work with brands to create and implement digital marketing strategies every month
5. Oversee day-to-day campaign management and ensure brand consistency
6. Facilitate brand growth and company awareness through various communication channels
7. Ensure the consistency of the brand in the copy by voice and by word
8. Monitor all aspects of customer-company communication and ensure good customer service information
