• Maintain the tracker for the respective Sourcing Lead

• Follow-up on raw material inhouse details as per plan

• Production follow-up

• PO/Barcode/WMS follow-up with the Inwards team as per the plan

• Catalog/Photoshoot sample inward

• Follow up on GPT Samples

• Follow-up on the TNA as per the production plan

• Maintain the tracker for the respective Sourcing Lead

• Inwards coordination between factory to WH

• RTV and AMM goods follow-up with WH Ops

• Follow-up on GPT samples and Test Reports

• Check the shrinkages and review the patterns for every style

• Conduct PP meetings for every Style

• Check the cut ratio with the PO ratio and accordingly advise re-cut if required

• Check on the final Fabric and Trims that is used is as per the docket

• Alternate Size-set review with actuals

• Conduct Inline inspections and take corrective actions

• Conduct Final Inspections and review the Packing List during Inspection

• New Fit development and Fit Size-set review
• Check on the measurements and grading for New Fits
• Should possess the basics of Apparel Merchandising

• Should have basic knowledge on pattern/consumption/shrinkage.

• Must be thorough with TAT and TNA’s,

• Thorough knowledge on garment construction(Cutting/sewing/finishing)

• Should be well versed with specs and measurements,

• Should be competent with Garment Quality Processes and Quality Auditing systems

• Testing parameters know-how is must,

• Job requires daily/routine visits to factories

• Month on month capacity planning to achieve inward targets.

• Responsible for ensuring delivery against plan. (Achieve OTIF)

• Coordinating with vendors for quality inspections .
