Job Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can lead our Customer Experience function for OLX Autos. We’re a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies.
What you will be doing:
- Plan & execute customer experience improvement initiatives across different business verticals to improve NPS
- Collaborates with all functions to integrate and execute the right processes, technology, and people to deliver an optimal customer experience
- Program manage Mystery Audit activities, collaborate with external agencies, and identify training and improvement opportunities
- Develop new processes using different internal tools
- Conduct customer outreach activities to seek customer feedback and identify areas of improvement to successfully improve customer experience
Who we’re looking for:
1-2 years of program management experience in improving customer experience Demonstrated ability to be highly collaborative and execute effectively across multiple functions and levels of the organization
- Strong analytical, organization, and presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
- Strategic & design thinking
