Job Info –
- Collaborate with sales to take school accounts on Trial and increase their perceived value of Prodigy
- Establish rapport with all trial users (mainly with teachers and key decision makers) and establish relationship within short span of time
- Innovate and execute ways to keep test-users continuously engaged and interested in the product
- Deliver seamless trial experiences for the users and effectively address all their product/service related queries (technical, functional and operational)
- Drive adoption metrics throughout the user journey and help them see value at each stage
- Showcase Trial success to each Trial account decision makers
- Build strong customer and internal team relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor to schools
- Be a champion of creating customer satisfaction during a Trial period
- Responsible for increased trial to paid conversion by working along with Sales team
- Help troubleshoot technical/functional/operational issues to ensure all partners are set up for success
