- Supporting the wider account management team and Creative Design in achieving the quality assurance clients require.
- Monitoring and handling multiple requests through the project management system, supporting resource of materials and quality delivery
- Monitoring budgets
- Being a point of contact for clients regarding project briefs and delivery communications
- Quality checking outputs around copy
- Copywriting for the Creative Design marketing strategy including case studies, online content, bid and marketing material etc
- Developing a friendly rapport with colleges in remote locations.
