Job Info –
KCS principles, methodologies, and techniques to enable the integration, use, validation, improvement, and creation of knowledge into existing/new workflows; includes KCS training vendor procurement, training execution, certification, continuous improvement
Plans to transition existing Knowledge materials into the new KM tool (MS Dynamics); collaborate on the integration required to map out existing content to be kept; decommission any older materials no longer fit for purpose; execute migration
Analytics including usage metrics of the KM solution including conducting regular analysis, benchmarking, and research to identify knowledge gaps and improve access to information
Provide support and coaching (KM/KCS tools, concepts, methodologies, processes) to teams/individuals in the support organization with knowledge in specific areas which are critical to the performance of the organization
Support the attainment of KCS Certification including helping to develop the planning, design, and implementation of a KCS Certification solution and becoming certified as an internal trainer if required
Monitor and report on the effectiveness, maintenance and use of the IT tools and systems as they apply to KM, and implement improvements/required upgrades
Updating or creating new KM content including library articles and videos
