Job Info –
- Manage oversight of all Bangalore based GCD teams and be responsible for the overall health of this specific distributed site.
- Develop a GCD India strategy and vision in line with GCD APAC and overall GCD strategy.
- Oversee and assist with a ramp up in hiring as the regional team is built out.
- Align with functional peers globally to ensure aligned strategies and objectives to ensure delivery, quality, cost, asset efficiency, and sustainability goals are met.
- Collaborate with strategic partners and mange customer engagement.
