Major Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day affiliate marketing activities with partners/networks to meet channel KPIs and customer acquisition goals, the definition of the affiliate marketing calendar (closely aligned to the local marketing activation calendar), and optimization of the campaigns
• Identify potential publishing partners globally and work on a mutual partnership with them for affiliate marketing activities
• Work on lead generation, new publisher acquisition, building new relationships, and increasing depth in existing relationships with key affiliate publishers
• Develop and deploy strong affiliate channel roadmaps and plans, uncover insights, and present strategies to various key stakeholders
• Work on business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed
• Coordinate with various internal teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner
• Implement affiliate marketing activity, including email campaigns & SMS to increase revenue targets
• Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth
• Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs
• Stay updated with current trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities
