Job Responsibilities:

• Selling products and services using solid rebuttals to prospective customers.
• Performing cost-benefit analyses on existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customers through email leads (Warm Leads) and inbound calls (Hot Leads).
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Relevant industry/domain expertise in Sales or Customer service for one or more industry verticals.
• All these responsibilities are to be performed on an Inbound queue & Outbound calls (Night Shifts).

Required Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Rep or CS Rep.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
